If you answered YES, we invite you to consider a position with Palmetto Family Home Care, where we are actively seeking Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.

We are currently hiring for various shifts:

  • West Ashley: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
  • North Charleston: 9am - 3pm (Monday to Friday)
  • West Ashley: 8am - 1pm (Monday to Friday)

(Multiple shifts available)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary based on individual client needs, as each person's requirements are unique. We strive to match our caregivers with clients they feel comfortable assisting. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, tailored to the client's care level.
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Managing appointments and providing reminders.
  • Facilitating range of motion exercises.
  • Assisting with transfers and using mechanical lifting devices.
  • Monitoring vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Helping with ambulation as necessary.
  • Providing medication assistance.
  • Offering companionship and engaging in conversation.
