About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our Advanced Care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hospital-level care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, hospital-level care to patients in their homes, including performing clinical assessments, developing and ordering hospital-level clinical workups, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients on our Advanced Care, Extended Care, and Bridge Care service lines.
  • Participate in program enhancement initiatives to continuously improve the quality, safety, and experience of our Advanced Care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our DispatchHealth Advanced Care and Acute Care APPs, including education and engagement around our Advanced Care program services.
Requirements
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitalist or hospitalist equivalent roles.
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified, current.
  • Current BLS / ACLS certification.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily while carrying equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends required.
