RA Management Services is seeking a skilled Fleet Operations Specialist with a focus on automotive and heavy equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in servicing both light/medium vehicles and heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, accurate diagnostics, and perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of automotive and heavy equipment, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, and generators.
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of heavy construction machinery, which may encompass gas, diesel, and hybrid vehicles such as cars, SUVs, pickups, trucks, graders, bulldozers, tankers, cranes, and other substantial equipment.
- Ensure the operational integrity of the company fleet through regular maintenance and repair activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient skills in mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and computer/electronic diagnostics.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Possession of a valid Class A Driver's License is mandatory.
- Ability to utilize a cartridge respirator and work in confined spaces.
Work Schedule: This role operates on a 4/10 schedule, typically from Monday to Thursday, requiring 10 hours of work each day over four days.
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $33 to $37, commensurate with experience.
