Your Role

As a Lead Front End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design and execution of top-notch, user-centric interfaces for our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. You will collaborate closely with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver cohesive and visually engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

  • Architect, develop, and supervise the deployment of UI software that aligns with business goals and requirements.
  • Create systems that guarantee optimal performance, scalability, and dependability.
  • Adopt security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Leadership

  • Offer technical guidance regarding software user interfaces, mentor fellow developers, make informed technology choices, and cultivate a culture of learning and development within the organization.
  • Encourage a mindset of continuous enhancement by keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
  • Establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for coding, design, and technology stack utilization.
  • Conduct code evaluations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver superior software solutions.
  • Partner with project managers to outline project scope, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to guarantee software quality and reliability.
  • Work alongside DevOps to conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development on SaaS enterprise projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical software design and development.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise web applications, including batch processing in languages such as Angular JS version 9+, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, CSS, HTML, static code analysis, and automated build frameworks.
  • Familiarity with backend languages and related frameworks (e.g., C#, .Net, Python).
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
