The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve their communication goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records of client progress.
