Transportation Planner

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Planner to join our team at Boston Beer Company. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing shipments to and from our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize service and reduce costs
• Manage relationships with carriers and negotiate rates and services
• Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of shipments
• Investigate and resolve transportation-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
