Carpinteria, California, United States Agilent Full time
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Associate to join our Companion Diagnostics Business (CDx) team at Agilent. As a key member of our R&D Department, you will play a critical role in developing accurate, robust, and precise assays for clinical trials testing new targeted anti-cancer drugs.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA or MA in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with experience in immunohistochemistry and microscopy. You should also have 2+ years of related laboratory experience, demonstrated problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and organizational skill, analytical skills, and creativity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 60% onsite work at the Carpinteria site. We offer a competitive salary range of $71,048 - $111,013 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
