Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist PRN to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacy Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret physician orders to prepare medications for dispensing.
- Monitor patient medication therapy and provide drug information to healthcare workers and patients.
- Supervise and direct support personnel to ensure efficient and effective medication management.
- Participate in clinical activities, including patient and staff education, and documented interventions within our real-time clinical surveillance system.
- Effectively manage departmental resources and establish measurable yearly goals and objectives.
- LIC-Pharmacist License - Tennessee
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
