IT Infrastructure Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including network and application support.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of 20+ technicians, ensuring operational effectiveness and procedure flow within the center. You will also be accountable for customer escalations, vendor partnerships, and leading customer engagements regarding technical support with NetWolves customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years' experience working with managed services, internet, and data/telecommunication services. A strong background in TCP/IP network protocol, knowledge of configuring and provisioning LAN and WAN protocols, and experience creating and implementing call center metrics and reporting initiatives are essential.
