Role Responsibilities:
- Uphold the organization's philosophy of care, program, and unit standards.
- Coordinate and provide quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients.
- Ensure adherence to medical orders, initiating and following treatment plans.
- Serve as a patient advocate at all times.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current unencumbered nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) to be completed within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient interaction.
