Job Description

Famous Supply is a leading wholesale distributor of building products, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload trucks and receive material in a timely and efficient manner
  • Put away material in a safe and organized manner
  • Pick customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stage customer orders for delivery
  • Load customer delivery trucks

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product is handled with care to prevent damage
  • Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately
  • Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience
  • Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
  • Experience working in a warehouse
  • Experience using RF Scanners
