Job Summary:Cloverdale Foods Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Administrator to join its team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, fostering strong collaborations, and managing community partnerships and donations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of progressive project management experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage time, coordinate multiple tasks, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000. The company offers a competitive compensation package and an excellent benefits program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Affairs: Monitor CF Marketing and Blue Ribbon emails received via the website, and voicemails; follow up directly to resolve as needed; create monthly summary reports and cascade Consumer Complaints to cross-functional Ops team
- Corporate Responsibility: Coordinate existing corporate sponsorship and donations processes; partner with the CCS for fulfillment of product commitments
- Sales Support: Merch store order and inventory management for sales promo items as needed for sales rep support; syndigo intake – partner with Samples to get updated and new products sent to Syndigo
- Event Marketing: Cloverdale brand ambassadorship, product sampling and event auditing to support existing local sports marketing partnerships and athlete sponsorships
- Project Management: Utilize Monday.com project management platform to support Marketing team and key responsibilities; ensure that projects are delivered on time and within set budget parameters
- Social Media Scheduling and Monitoring: Schedule proactive Cloverdale branded posts in Later.com; monitor post engagement
- Community Outreach: Represent the Marketing team to support cross-functional internal Cloverdale project needs for Mandan HQ
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of progressive project management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, coordinate multiple tasks, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to travel locally for business (less than 5% of work time)
