Rock Medical Group is currently in search of a dedicated LPN / LVN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment.

This role is set in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Assisted Living Facility (ALF) with a capacity of 46 beds, typically accommodating an average of 25 residents. The facility utilizes PCC for electronic medical records and maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of one charge nurse per shift.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following certifications:

  • BLS (AHA)
  • IV certification preferred

Common patient diagnoses include those requiring long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and hospice services.
