Porter/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Liberty Military Housing. As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and residents to exchange information and receive work direction.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 65 lbs.
• May require use of a personal or company vehicle, or electrical cart.

• Entry-level to 6 months of general custodial/maintenance experience.
• Beginning-level understanding of grounds maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment applicable to job requirements.
• Basic computer skills preferred (PC/mobile device).
• Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings, and other work-related activities.

Pay Range $18.00 - $23.00 hourly plus bonus
