**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team in Concord, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues. You will work closely with our experienced technicians and supervisors to learn and develop your skills, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in diesel engine repair or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
