Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at Select Industries Corp. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive manufacturing quotes to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, and injection molding. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our manufacturing processes
  • Provide accurate and competitive manufacturing quotes to customers
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for open quotes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering or estimating
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, and injection molding
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
