Short Stay RN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Short Stay position. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a Short Stay setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
