Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Healthcare Realty Trust. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing assigned repairs, building upkeep duties, and emergency and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform assigned repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address potential issues.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on building automation systems and electrical systems.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, condensing boilers, and life safety systems.
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
