Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at the South Shore Autism Center LLC. As a key member of our Early Intervention/Home-based program, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction to clients in our Early Childhood Autism Center, social skills groups, and in-home settings.
  • Implement ABA instructional programming, ensuring high-quality interventions for each client.
  • Collect data on client skills, challenging behaviors, and overall progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with families, team members, and supervisors to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in education, psychology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with ABA or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Three years of experience working with children, with a strong focus on behavioral support and intervention.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, and move quickly to follow clients when walking or running.
