Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Breakfast Host/Attendant at Murphco of FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present a daily breakfast spread in accordance with hotel procedures.
  2. Ensure coffee, juice, drinks, and breakfast items are replenished throughout the shift.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized hotel lobby and tables during shift.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory of drinks, food, and supplies, advising the General Manager of items needing to be ordered.
  5. Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or as business demands.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Previous experience in food handling or preparation is a plus.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Working Hours:

Shifts will vary depending on hotel occupancy, with weekend and holiday shifts required as needed. Typical breakfast hours are 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., but additional hours may be scheduled due to special events or high occupancy.
