As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
- CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Work Environment:**
- Full-time position in the Homer Glen Emergency Department
- 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holidays
