Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service commercial-grade HVAC equipment, including unitary products, boilers, and heat exchangers.
  • Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment, including commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and VRF systems.
  • Assist with the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects.
  • Utilize cutting-edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units.
  • Provide accurate documentation of work completed and maintain files.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on-call rotation, and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • EPA certification.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.

Pay Range: $30 - $48 per hour
