As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy interventions as planned and delegated by the Physical Therapist.
- Record treatments given and note progress in medical records.
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times.
- Model a positive and professional image that emulates our organization's mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers.
- Respect and uphold all residents' personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties.
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Commitment to our organization's mission to consistently deliver high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
- Current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
