Job Summary

The Locksmith I - Maintenance and Repair Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance where necessary to keep facilities in functioning and serviceable condition.
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
  • Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
