Sports League Ambassador

JAM is a sports entertainment company that offers leagues, events, and experiences for individuals and teams. Our mission is to connect people through play, creating a fun and engaging community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a League Ambassador. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leagues, providing excellent customer service, and promoting a positive experience for players.

• Engage with players before, during, and after games to ensure they have a great experience.
• Establish relationships with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand.
• Set up equipment and manage the venue throughout the night to ensure games start and end on time.
• Enforce league rules and sportsmanship to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Clean up the facility and pack up equipment at the end of the night.
• Submit shift reports online after each shift.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sports rules and formats an asset.

• $15 USD per hour starting salary.

This is a part-time position, approximately 3-6 hours per shift, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday and Sunday shifts available. The ideal candidate will be available to work consistent shifts on multiple evenings.
