About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador at the Country Club Plaza location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting financial literacy, and building strong relationships with our customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced café environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Offer personalized financial guidance and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote financial literacy and education
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools
