The ideal candidate will possess a valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued, but not mandatory. We encourage applicants with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. Additionally, the SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration and optimal outcomes for students.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, and access to comprehensive health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
