Job Summary

Trellis Health, a subsidiary of MaineHealth, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clinical practices and patient experiences from the ground up. This position demands flexibility, a high level of autonomy, and a proactive approach to both problem-solving and patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Perform clinical procedures, patient triage, and manage patient follow-ups
  • Take a proactive role in patient education, helping individuals understand their conditions and treatments
  • Ensure continuity of care through both in-person and telehealth interactions
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred
  • Evidence of 10 hours of ongoing education per year
  • Meets all requirements of Clinical Nurse I
