We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team at Hale's Electrical Service, a leading provider of Generac generator systems in Central Virginia. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Generac generator systems, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

• Install and maintain Generac generator systems, including air and liquid cooled units, with minimal supervision.
• Use knowledge and skills to identify and calculate code requirements for daily installation sites to ensure approved final electrical inspection.
• Interact favorably with Hale's Electrical Staff, customers, and crews, utilizing personal communication and leadership skills.
• Review and plan assigned work, materials, crews, and tools to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of duties.
• Perform electrical installation using crew-provided tools and equipment, including Generac Generator, Transfer Switches, and electrical work as assigned.
• Review procedures and recommend cost-saving measures and methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Guide, direct, empower, and teach apprentices/helpers on location to increase their understanding of the work required and teach skills, procedures, and manner in which work is to be performed to meet Hale's Electrical Service standards.
• Maintain assigned vehicle, equipment, and tools, reporting incidents and damaged vehicle, equipment, or tools to management for repair/replacement.
• Communicate with Staff regularly on job site progress, challenges, and remedies to enable office and related staff to communicate with others as needed.

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in the State of Virginia.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently.
• Valid driver's license.
