At Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Medical Screener to join our team at our Plasma Donation Center in Dubuque, IA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Screening new and repeat donors
  • Taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinating donor compensation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, with opportunities for career growth and development.
