- Current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
- Completion of Cal-OSHA/OSHA 30-Hr safety training prior to project commencement.

- Familiarize yourself with the Construction Safety and Security protocols of the project.
- Perform Site Safety and Security Assessments, which encompass Construction Equipment, Personnel, Work Procedures, and Traffic Management.
- Provide direction and intervention to address identified hazardous, at-risk, or non-compliant work practices.
- Evaluate recognized uncontrolled hazards or security weaknesses with contractor oversight and reach consensus on future compliant measures for these risks.
- Submit daily reports with visual documentation, in an agreed format, to LACMTA Construction Safety. When required, respond to construction incident sites and assist LACMTA Construction Safety personnel with significant incident inquiries.
- Deliver additional Construction Safety and Security field services as directed.
