Your Role:
As an LPN at Sagora, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of resident care services. This includes assisting and teaching residents regarding their medical care, complying with Assisted Living Policies and Procedures, and providing personal care services that reflect each resident's plan of service. You will also be required to follow Infection Control and Safety Policies and Procedures, observe resident conditions, and accurately report to the Resident Services Coordinator. In emergency situations, you will evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current license as an LPN in the state where you are employed. At least one year of experience as an LPN in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community is also required. Additionally, you must be familiar with drug actions and interactions and possess accurate and comprehensive assessment skills. Your patience, courtesy, and ability to work with seniors to maintain their optimum level of function are essential qualities for this position. Effective decision-making and communication skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to assist with transfer of residents regardless of body weight without endangering yourself, the resident, or other associates.
