In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cost assessments for intricate machined components and prototypes. This position is based in our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client specifications and compute expenses
- Evaluate technical drawings for pricing and labor projections
- Oversee bidding processes
- Engage with engineers and suppliers
- Organize materials and machining timelines
Qualifications:
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience
- At least 3 years in a comparable position
- Skilled in interpreting mechanical schematics
- Commitment to high standards of quality and productivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of shop mathematics
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Physical capability to lift and handle materials
- Must be a US Citizen with a valid driver's license
- High school diploma is mandatory
