**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Responsibilities**

  • Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care, including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

**Requirements**

  • Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
