Job Opportunity
Job Summary:

Essentia Health is seeking a skilled LPN or CMA to join our Internal Medicine Team in Brainerd, Minnesota. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide direct patient care and support our RNs, Physicians, and other providers in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.

  • Assist RNs and Physicians with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota or current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.


Work Environment:

Brainerd Clinic, Day Rotation, 8:00AM-4:30PM, 40 hours every two weeks.


Compensation and Benefits:

$19.55-$29.32/hour, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
