Quality Control Inspector

At H-J Family of Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electrical components for power distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of inspection techniques and the use of measurement equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform dimensional measurements to ensure products meet specifications
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete projects on schedule
  • Willingness to learn and grow with increased responsibility

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Manual work requiring frequent sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Shift Details:

2nd Shift is M-TH, 4X10hr shifts, 4:45 pm - 3:15 am. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed. Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
