Senior Commercialization Engineer

Hudson RPO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercialization Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Supply Chain group, you will be responsible for supporting the commercialization of new products and formula optimization.

• Commercialization Leadership: Lead new product and process implementation when products move past the R&D phase and are being scaled up at our manufacturing facilities.
• Project Management: Support new product development projects through R&D and commercial scale-up, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Collaboration and Communication: Cultivate relationships with key personnel in Operations, Product Marketing, R&D, Corporate Engineering, and Procurement to drive commercialization efforts.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized scale-up process tools and techniques to drive consistent approach to scale-up.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Use analytical tools to ensure lab formulations translate smoothly to production scale and develop a database of manufacturing capabilities and parameters across all sites.
• Knowledge Sharing: Capture and communicate learnings from commercialization and scale-up initiatives to drive organizational learning and improve the technology and tools used in the scale-up process.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry, with a focus on chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of cross-functional coordination, collaboration, and leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects independently, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and Minitab or other statistical software packages.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
