Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Process transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with special events and promotions, such as fitness classes and workshops
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and membership goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
