About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography examinations, including screening and diagnostic procedures, in accordance with ACR requirements.
  • Operate radiologic equipment, including mammography machines, to produce high-quality images.
  • Provide patient care and education, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered Technologist Radiology & Mammography (RT(R) (M)).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
