Job Summary

The Physician will serve as a key member of our medical team, responsible for ensuring the clinical excellence of our medical services. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our administrative and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our medical staff, including physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve our clinical services
  • Participate in managed care negotiations and review contracts for clinical feasibility
  • Represent NCH Healthcare System in the community through presentations, lectures, and other activities
Requirements
  • Board certification in cardiology or a related field
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our administrative and clinical staff
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Windows
