At Dynamic Flowform Corp., we're seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Machining Supervisor to join our team at our Cudahy, WI facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for directing and training hourly employees in the methods and techniques necessary to produce quality products on time, in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and train hourly employees in the methods and techniques necessary to produce quality products
  • Review work instructions with employees as necessary and assign manpower and equipment to support customer delivery requirements
  • Provide training to assigned hourly employees when necessary, including new machines and controllers, new tooling, or when employees require review of machine operation due to transferring
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs for planned and unplanned equipment downtime
  • Collect and compile piece counts, hours running, set-up and downtime data on a daily basis
  • Support shift reporting via Syteline and EOS communications
  • Communicate with Production Control and Tool Engineering to ensure required materials, prints, tooling, and Met. Releases are assembled prior to assignment to machine operator
  • Implement corrective action as necessary and ensure compliance to ATI Cudahy Operations quality requirements through application of AS9100 systemic procedures and work instructions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' machining experience
  • Journeyman Machinist Card or 3+ years technical training
  • College Level courses in Machining
  • Prior supervisory experience
