Physical Therapist Job Opportunity at Nextaff of Sacramento Healthcare
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to work with our team of healthcare professionals in Sacramento. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact through personalized patient care and hands-on therapy.
What Nextaff Offers:

Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history
- Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
- Use hands-on therapy, such as massage, to ease patients' pain and promote healing
- Maintain accurate patient records and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and recovery expectations
Requirements:
- Active license in the state of California
- BLS/CPR certification
- Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray
- Compassion and empathy for patients
- Attention to detail and physical stamina to lift patients and stand for long periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
