ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for qualified Therapists to become part of our team, providing support to adults, adolescents, children, and families within our Intensive Outpatient Programs. Experience in group therapy and evidence-based methodologies is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to clients
• Perform client evaluations and offer treatment suggestions
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Comply with documentation and discharge planning protocols
• Engage in treatment planning and educational seminars

REQUIREMENTS:

• LMFT, PHD, LCSW, AMFT, or equivalent clinical credentials
• A minimum of two years of clinical practice
• Previous training in DBT, ACT, EMDR, or Mindfulness is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
