Salary:
$55,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
About the Job:
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities, as well as leading, motivating, and managing their team to achieve financial targets. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, leadership, administrative, customer service, and computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.

- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members and employees.
- Ensure the club meets brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
