We are seeking motivated internal staff to take on the role of Onsite Staffing Operations Manager.

Position: Onsite Staffing Operations Manager

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 with benefits

Key Qualifications:

Work Locations and Schedule:

  • Plainfield: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Avon: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (occasional weekends)
  • Brownsburg: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (occasional weekends)
  • Morrisville: Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (two positions available)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse functions, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure order fulfillment is executed accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate distribution efforts to guarantee timely deliveries and efficient logistics.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and strong employee relations.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and branch personnel, cultivating robust relationships.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new temporary staff.
  • Orient new hires on company policies, safety protocols, and job responsibilities.
  • Keep precise records for temporary employees, managing attendance and payroll.
  • Address and resolve concerns related to temporary staff.
  • Guide, assess, and manage disciplinary measures for temporary employees.
  • Compile and present performance reports to both internal and external leadership.
