Job Title: Senior Public Health Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Health Nutritionist to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our public health team, you will play a critical role in promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing chronic diseases in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certify clients for participation in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC Program)
  • Provide nutrition counseling, education, and follow-up services to WIC Program clients
  • Develop high-risk nutrition care plans for medical high-risk clients and high-risk clients
  • Assist with training of new WIC nutrition staff in the certification and counseling process
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Florida State Licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist
  • At least 1 year of WIC experience
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
