- Adapt treatment protocols to meet the evolving needs of patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to documentation standards and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity from another state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities, with occasional exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissue.
