Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Professional to join our team at ClubCorp. As an Experienced Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a high-quality experience in our bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and efficient service to members and guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary items are available and easily accessible.
• Ensure accurate liquor control and pouring of product, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all available liquors, beers, and wines.
• Assist with the service of food and beverage to members and guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards of service.
• Accurately execute member/guest orders and requests in a timely fashion, ensuring a warm welcome and making them feel at home.
• Participate in daily line-up and attend service training meetings as requested.
• Maintain good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas of the Club, ensuring others are acting safely.
• Wear a clean and neat uniform that follows ClubCorp and property uniform standards daily.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
• Ability to follow instructions well.
• Perform at the highest level of ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
