Job Description:

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting specified quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between project team members, promoting business and client interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement project management from start to finish
  • Maintain effective communication among project team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure project compliance with quality, time, and budget standards

Requirements:

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Relevant work experience can substitute for a degree. Previous project management experience, especially in commercial construction, is essential.
