- Create and print various visual materials such as charts, illustrations, and graphics using advanced software tools and hardware.
- Prepare final layouts for production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Review and refine designs, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in special events and promotional activities as required.
- Adhere to all legal guidelines and company standards in design execution.
- Support the organization and maintenance of the POS storage area.
- Collaborate with other departments on various projects as needed.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Capability to focus and perform in a dynamic office environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs or more.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in graphic design and production is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design software such as Corel Draw and Sign Lab is preferred.
- Knowledge of sign-making equipment and processes is beneficial.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Understanding of relevant liquor laws at local, state, and federal levels.
- Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the role.
