Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Quality Beverage, you will be responsible for crafting and developing point-of-sale graphics and layouts for our diverse clientele, including suppliers and corporate partners.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design and conceptualize layouts and graphics, utilizing a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
  • Create and print various visual materials such as charts, illustrations, and graphics using advanced software tools and hardware.
  • Prepare final layouts for production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Review and refine designs, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in special events and promotional activities as required.
  • Adhere to all legal guidelines and company standards in design execution.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of the POS storage area.
  • Collaborate with other departments on various projects as needed.
Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Capability to focus and perform in a dynamic office environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in graphic design and production is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with design software such as Corel Draw and Sign Lab is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sign-making equipment and processes is beneficial.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • Understanding of relevant liquor laws at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the role.
